<br />Final Plat Review: Sweetbay Ridge <br />July 21, 2006 <br />60f6 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fee: There is a sewer and water trunk fee of Two Hundred Eight <br />Thousand Two H:undred Sixteen Dollars and no cents ($208,216.00) (69 x $3,062/unit) due on <br />the Plat. The CIty of Ramsey and the DEVELOPER have entered into a Watermain and <br />Sanitary Sewer Cost Contribution Agreement dated February 2006 (the "Agreement"). Pursuant <br />to Section 3.02 of the Agreement, the 2006 water trunk fee in the amount of One Thousand Nine <br />Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and no cents ($1,925.00) per lot and the 2006 sanitary sewer trunk <br />fee in the amount of One Thousand One Hundred Thirty Seven Dollars and no cents ($1,137.00) <br />per lot have been paid. Therefore, there is no required payment for the sewer and water trunk. <br />fees for the Plat. <br /> <br />REUNumber: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge that is applicable to each <br />unit in the proposed development that is collected quarterly on the property owner's utility bill. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25,2006, at the Ramsey <br />Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for fmal plat <br />approval. It is important that you, or your representative, be present to answer any questions that <br />may arise.
