The low bid contractor, Bauerly Brothers, has <br />agreed to a change order allowing this modification in the project schedule under the unit prices <br />bid, however they would need to adjust their unit price for any bituminous that would need to be <br />laid beyond the 2006 construction season should unseasonable weather cause such a scenario. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the following; <br />1. Project 06-10 be eliminated from the 2006 Street program <br />2. Resolutions be adopted declaring the costs to be assessed for IP's 06-04,05,06,07,08, 09 <br />and 11 at 110% of those identified in the feasibility study and that an assessment hearing <br />on said assessment be set for a special meeting Monday, August 14, 2006. <br />3. Staffbe directed to construct the TH 47 trail project with city forces. <br />4. Resolution adopting award of Division B schedule B in the amount of$419,172.18 and . <br />Division C in the amount of$74,167.66 be awarded to Bauerly Brothers, the low <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />1. Direct that Project 06-10 be eliminated from the 2006 Street program. <br />2.
