<br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />THE SUPPORT SERVICES SERGEANT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jeff Katers began was promoted to the Support Services Sergeant <br />position on January 1,2006 and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Katers has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its July 25, 2006 meeting agreed <br />with staff s recommendation to end the probationary period. for Jeff Katers, effective July <br />1,2006. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City ofRarnsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Jeff Katers, effective <br />July 1, 2006. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: . <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 25th day of July 2006. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />G:\Administration\HumanResources\Performance Evaluations\Ending Probation\Katers,Support Services Sgt, 7-25-06.doc <br /> <br />-386- <br />
