<br />Councilmember Elvig stated the City needs to make sure they are doing what they can but every <br />time someone doesn't get notice, it looks like the City is not doing their job and trying to slip <br />something through. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon cautioned that the more steps the City takes, the <br />more chance there is of forgetting something. He stated staff is making a good faith effort to <br />provide more notification than required but if something is missed then staff is criticized. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig stated he would like the mailing list to be included in the Council's packet <br />so when someone says they did not get notification it can be looked up. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Time Capsule and Council Photograph <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that within the next month, the City needs to create a time <br />capsule to place in the wall of City Hall.
