Inc'!.! <br /> <br />Council noted receipt: of letter dated December 26, 1985 fran Super Bowl, Inc. <br />regarding their amnercial real estate taxes. <br /> <br />Counci1member Cox stated that amnercial real estate taxes are determined ~ a <br />State formula and this matter should be brought to the attention of <br />legiSlators. <br /> <br />Mr. Qx)drich stated that he will bring this issue to the attention of the new <br />City Adninistrator, David Hartley. <br /> <br />CoWlCi1member Sorteberg noted that Ramsey' s mill rate is lower than Anoka and <br />Coon Rapids and yet Super Bowl indicates that their taxes are 3 times as high <br />as they would be in those oonmunities. <br /> <br />Mr. Qx)dridl stated that he will have Ci ty Assessor Wirz researdl Super Bowl's <br />reasoning for that statement. <br /> <br />January 28, 1986 <br />Page 12 of 18 <br />
