Crawford, District Engineer with the <br />DelBrbnent of !rransportation, indicating that Ramsey Ci ty Council supports the <br />hours of operation that currently exist for the Dayton Ibrt rest area. <br />Further, that in light of the State's budget shortfalls, Ramsey Council <br />encourages establishing those same hours of operation at rest areas throughout <br />the State. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that sane wayside rests in <br />the State are getting to be unnecessarily elaborate. Counci1member Sdllueter <br />irquired if this motion encourages reducing rest area hours of operation all <br />over the State. Counci1member Cox replied that it does. <br /> <br />It>tion carried.
