Crawford, District Engineer with the DelBrbnent of !rransportation, indicating that Ramsey Ci ty Council supports the hours of operation that currently exist for the Dayton Ibrt rest area. Further, that in light of the State's budget shortfalls, Ramsey Council encourages establishing those same hours of operation at rest areas throughout the State. Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that sane wayside rests in the State are getting to be unnecessarily elaborate. Counci1member Sdllueter irquired if this motion encourages reducing rest area hours of operation all over the State. Counci1member Cox replied that it does. It>tion carried.
