(W RJn'lF..C;T 'to F.X~ RlBT.TC lMPRCJVF.MF.N'lS 'to yguSTRIAL ARFA Due to recent federal manges in legislation regulating the use and issuance of tax increment bonds, the Suboonnittee's work on extending public improvements to the City's industrial area has been tempor'arily stoR;led. The Ci ty' s bond counsel and financial planners are working on interpretation of the legislation to determine the impact of the legislation on the proIX>sed project and what other options the Ci ty may have if tax increment is no longer an option. '!be Subcommittee will be meeting with City staff, the City's financial planners and bond counsel to determine alternative financing structures for the construction of sanitary sewer, municipal water, and storm sewer in the Ci ty' s industrial area. !J,2.
