RC;TA'm .1aJRNAT. ~RKF.T FOmS <br /> <br />Staff from the P4inn~sota R~alEstate JQU{D.Ll <br />approached the cities of Anoka, Champlin and Ramsey <br />regarding the possibility of using this area as the <br />subject for their April 14, 1986 Market Focus Series. <br />Staff fran the three ci ties met with Journal staff and <br />after some discussion, agreed to proceed. The Market <br />Focus series is a special monthly insert of the Journal <br />which focuses with a feature on the community and <br />includes stories on the various markets (retail, office <br />industrial, aparbnent developnent and/or redevelopnent) <br />in that community. The Market Focus insert is a <br />minimllD of 20 pages and includes at least 8-10 pages of <br />advertising. Journal staff will handle selling <br />advertising space and writing the various stories. The <br />Ci ty will prOVide ideas and background information for <br />the stories and will offer suggestions as to who may be <br />interested in buying advertising space. In addition, <br />in other Market Focus editions, the feature City has <br />purchased advertising space. For your information, <br />copies of the Journal and other Market Focuses will be <br />available at the meeting. <br /> <br />Commission Action: The Commission may wish to offer <br />suggestions to staff for possible stories, markets, or <br />advertisers. In addition, the Commission may wish to <br />recommend that the City advertise in the Market Focus <br />section. <br /> <br />2 . <br /> <br />~ <br />
