At this time, we are seeking the <br />written endorsement of this proposal from the communities in <br />Anoka County as well as the Chambers of Commerce in Anoka County <br />and the Anoka County Economic Development partnership, and the <br />Anoka County Board. If these endorsements are received, this <br />proposal will be brought before the shareholders of the CRDC at <br />the annual shareholders meeting which is scheduled for Thursday, <br />February 20, 1986. <br /> <br />We appreciate your consideration of this proposal.
