<br />commercial accesses onto Front street form LAND OWNERS' <br />Property lying north of Front Street. In addition <br />thereto, in the event the CITY'S Planning and zoning <br />commission should require an additional residential <br />access onto Front Street from LAND OWNERS' Property <br />lying south of Front Street, the CITY shall construct, <br />at no cost to LAND OWNERS, one additional residential <br />access. Each such access shall be completed from the <br />edge of the paved surface of Front Street to the Front <br />Street right-of-way line, and shall be located as <br />designated by the LAND OWNERS in accordance with the <br />LAND OWNERS' development plan. <br /> <br />The CITY will also permit one residential street to <br />intersect Front Street from LAND OWNERS' Property lying <br />to the south of Front street.
