commercial accesses onto Front street form LAND OWNERS' Property lying north of Front Street. In addition thereto, in the event the CITY'S Planning and zoning commission should require an additional residential access onto Front Street from LAND OWNERS' Property lying south of Front Street, the CITY shall construct, at no cost to LAND OWNERS, one additional residential access. Each such access shall be completed from the edge of the paved surface of Front Street to the Front Street right-of-way line, and shall be located as designated by the LAND OWNERS in accordance with the LAND OWNERS' development plan. The CITY will also permit one residential street to intersect Front Street from LAND OWNERS' Property lying to the south of Front street. The street entrance shall be 31 feet wide, and shall be constructed by the CITY, at no cost to LAND OWNERS, * * * [the balance of this paragraph is unchanged]. Paraqraph 2. e. : The following sentence is to be inserted in Paragraph 2.e. immediately before the second to last sentence in the existing paragraph.
