That Lord of Life Lutheran Church, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", has prop:;rly applied for a conditional use permit to erect <br />a tanporary structure in the R-1R Rural. Residential District. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section l70.0l3D of the <br />Ramsey City Code on June 7, 1988 and June 16, 1988 and that said public <br />hearing was prop:;rly advertised and that the minutes of said public <br />hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the subject property is generally known as 6139 157th Lane N. W. <br />and is legally described as follOnlS: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />4. That the subject property is located in the R-1R Rural Residential <br />District and is approximately 4 acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant is proposing to erect a 24' x 40' temporary <br />structure on the subject property. <br /> <br />6. That the temporary structure is to be used as an education building <br />until the new sanctuary is constructed. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant has stated that the temporary structure will be used <br />no longer than five (5) years. <br /> <br />8. That the adjoining prop:;rties are zoned R-1R ResidentiaL <br /> <br />9. That the proposed temporary structure will not increase traffic to or <br />fran the subject property. <br /> <br />10. Tnat the pror:osed temporary structure "'Till not be unduly dangerous or <br />detrimental to persons residing or working in the area. <br /> <br />11. Tnat the pror:osed temporary structure will not substantially impair the <br />use of surrounding properties. <br /> <br />. 12~ Tnat the pror:osed temporary structure will be harmonious ",'ith a'1d in <br />accordance v:ith specific objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />13. Tnat the proposed temporary structure will be maintained so as to be <br />appropriate in appearance with the character of the general <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed temporary structure ~ill not be hazardous or <br />disturbing to neighboring uses. <br /> <br />15. That the pror:osed temporary structure will be adequatel:y served by <br />essential public facilities and services. <br /> <br />16.
