<br />PROlUSID (X)N)ITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />LCiID OF LIFE LU'I'HERAN QJUlOl <br /> <br />On , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Lord of Life <br />Lutheran QlUrch to erect a temporary structure at 6139 l57th Lane N.W., <br />which pro~rty is legally described as follCMs: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, Moka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This penmit was issued pursuant to Section l70.0l3D of the Ramsey City <br />Code. 'Ibis conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as <br />the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />penmit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. 'llie tem};X>rary structure shall not exceed 24' x 40'. <br /> <br />2. The t6TI};X>rary structure shall only be used until the sanctuary is . <br />constructed or until June 30, 1993, whichever is sooner. <br /> <br />3. lord of Life Lutheran Church shall deposit $500 \-dth the City of <br />Ramsey to guarantee the renoval of the temporary structure. <br /> <br />4.
