'Ibis <br />plat is located north of Central Park, east of Armstrong Boulevard. The plat <br />consists of 15 lots with an average lot size of 2.6 acres. Access to the plat <br />is provided fran Alpaca and Chameleon Streets and l63rd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the fOllCMing i terns for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Prop:>sed final plat <br />c} Prop:>sed resolution approving final plat <br />d} Prop:>sed developnent agreement <br /> <br />The City Engineer's revi&' of the plat will be available at the meeting. <br /> <br />Cbservations: <br /> <br />The City Council revi&'ed the preliminary plat of The North Forty on Apr il 26, <br />1988. At that time, the Council approved the preliminary plat contingent upon <br />Hr.
