The Council <br />should review these bids at that time. I will also prepare a letter <br />of recommendation on the award of the bids for your meeting. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a draft of the proposed resolution for your adoption. A <br />final resolution with the bids received will be available at the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Award Contract to Cottonwood Construction for Improvement Project <br />88-16 in the amount of $112,826.00, and continue negotiation on the <br />mechanical/electrical components. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution #88-16 accepting bids for the Central Park Warming <br />House and awarding a contract to Cottonwood Construction for such <br />improvement. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Comm.
