A sixth bidder was disqualified for lack of a <br />complete bid and failure to submit a bid bond. The bid tabulation <br />is attached. <br /> <br />The pre-bid engineer's estimate was $115,100.00. <br /> <br />Our recommendation is to award the contract to Cottonwood Construc- <br />tion in the amount of $112,826.00.
