<br />Councilrnember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESCLt1l'ION #88- . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Q1tlot B, Countryside Estates was dedicated to the public as <br />a p:irk when the Countryside Estates plat was accepted by the City in 1972; and <br /> <br />WHERFAS, a series of errors on the p:irt of the original Developer, <br />Anoka County I and the City have allCMed a hane to be built on a portion of said <br />Outlot B; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council finds that the only remedy to the errors made <br />would be to remove the home presently existing on said Outlot B, which remedy <br />is not practical or necessary in order to preserve the health and welfare of <br />the citizens of the City of Rarnsey. <br /> <br />NCW 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED BY THE CITY CXXJN:IL CF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />caJNl'Y, STATE OF MINNFSarA, as follCMs: <br /> <br />1) To vacate that portion of Outlot B, Countryside Estates described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The North 320 feet as measured at right angles of OUtlot <br />B, Countryside Estates, Anoka County, l-linnesota. <br /> <br />2) That Ordinance #88-___ is hereby adopted, which is an ordinance <br />vacating the above described portion of Outlot B, Countryside Estates. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilrnernber and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the fOllCMing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />a..'1d the fOllCMing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 28th day of June, 1988. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATrEST: <br /> <br />EIty-AdffiInIStrator------------------- <br /> <br />1S4- <br />
