DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />Companion Dog Training & Supply is a dog training school and <br />retail pet supply store. Our expansion plans include construc- <br />tion.of a 7,500 square foot commercial building in the urban <br />area of Ramsey. The building will be constructed of block, <br />with parking for approximately 50 vehicles. Outside areas <br />will be landscaped and have security lighting. <br />IV. DESCRIPTION OF ASSISTANCE REQUESTED <br />We are requesting participation from the City of Ramsey with <br />Tax Increment Financing in the amount of $63,000.00 to be used <br />for land acquisition, site preparation, city sewer and water <br />improvements, new access road, landscaping and security fencing <br />and lighting. <br />V. ESTI.M -kTED VALUE OF PROJECT <br />$288,000.00 <br />Our financing package will consist of tax increment financing, <br />SBA 504 and bank loan, and owner's equity. <br />VI.
