WC <br />VII. TOTAL PERMANENT JOBS CREATED <br />There will be three full time and one part time permanent <br />jobs created at the opening of our new facility with plans <br />for additional permanent staff in the future. <br />VIII. IS PROJECT AN EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING RAMSEY BUSINESS <br />Companion Dog Training and Supply has been in business for <br />four years located in Elk River, MN. We are planning to <br />re- locate our expansion in Ramsey, MN. <br />IX. ESTIMATED PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />We plan to start construction early in the spring of 1988, <br />as soon as weather permits. <br />X. BENEFITS TO THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />We feel Ramsey would benefit from our business presence in <br />the community by: <br />- increased commercial tax base. <br />- employment opportunities. <br />- advertising of the City of Ramsey. <br />- The majority of our customers live outside the Ramsey <br />area and therefore other Ramsey businesses and services <br />would benefit from their traveling to Ramsey. <br />XI. SUMMARY <br />We are seeking your approval of tax increment financing dollars <br />to assist with our proposed project. We are unable to build <br />this facility without this assistance. We appreciate your <br />consideration of this proposal. <br />V21 <br />
