The area's excellent transportation access should be emphasized <br />through the use of marketing and strategies. <br />2. Develop CR 116 as the main east -west distributor from Anoka in the east <br />to CR 83 or further in the west. <br />3. Realign CR 116 to acconr)odate northern extensions of the airport. <br />4. Extend McKinley Street westwards from Anoka to and from an east -west <br />collector. <br />• Location to allow industrial plots between the road and the <br />railroad <br />• If airport extensions vacate Jasper Road, connect the extension <br />into Azurite Street N.W. <br />• If Jasper Street is not vacated, correct extension into Jasper <br />Street <br />5. . Provide an east -west link from 143rd Avenue N.W. at CR 56 to CR 83 and <br />preferably further west. <br />o Location to allow industrial plots between this road link and the <br />railroad <br />6. Provide a network of collector roads in the area bounded by CR 83, CR <br />116(extended), CR 56 and the railroad. <br />7.
