Make use of existing starts to <br />the frontage road system such as the service road in the Kovar <br />f Addition. <br />11. Phase out direct access from individual properties onto TH 10 when the <br />frontage roads have been implemented. <br />12. Phase out median breaks on TH 10 which are not associated with <br />intersections. <br />13. Provide for a future grade - separated crossing of the railroad <br />C m locations are CR 56, CR 83 and CR 57. <br />14. Provide for a long -term future Mississippi River crossing if a suitable <br />location for a corridor can be arranged in Dayton. <br />Coamtmity <br />Mnage and Identity gLDjectives <br />1. <br />Ramsey needs to disassociate itself from abutting cm minities An <br />individualistic theme should be incorporated into its community <br />marketing and promotional materials. <br />2. <br />Strip co mnercial properties should be unified and maintained Strict <br />enforcement of the zoning code will be instrumental in achieving this <br />unity. <br />3. <br />Integrated landscaping, lighting and si nq_ will further bring about <br />unity of strip c=w=ial properties. Standards and ordinances for <br />such should be adopted, implemented and enforced. <br />4. <br />Additional TH 10 informational sinning should be developed for <br />amenities and public facilities. Such signs could identify city hall, <br />area schools, park and open space, industrial parks and the airport. <br />5. <br />The c=anity's natural amenities should be emahasized Its position <br />in relation to the R,mi River and the Mississippi River should be <br />-- <br />accentuated.
