PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC; HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSL.Y <br />ANCKA WUNrY. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, March 1, 1968 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowtnen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Jeft Erikson's request for a <br />conditional use permit to construct and operate an oftice and warehouse for <br />an electrical contracting business. <br />C Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Members Absent: <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:36 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />Mr. Jeft Erikson was present. <br />There was no citizen input. <br />ADJOURN_!= <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br />Notion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Howell, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None.
