PLANNING AND ZONING Q"LlSSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSE'Y <br />ANM COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, March 1, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., regarding Mark and LuAnn Brozak's request for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a print shop f ran their garage. <br />Members Present: Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Also Present: Com <br />Members Absent: Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Roy Shumway <br />Terry Hendriksen <br />Jim Howell <br />Charles LaDue <br />munity Development Director Anne Norris <br />Michael Terry <br />Jim Holm <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:36 p.m. <br />Mark and LuAnn Brozak were present. <br />There was no citizen input. <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Howell, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None..
