PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MiNNESCITA <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, March 1, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Richard Sybrant's request for <br />preliminary plat approval of The North Forty. <br />Members Present: Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Also Present: Com <br />Members Absent: Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Roy Shumway <br />Jim Howell <br />Terry Hendriksen <br />Charles LaDue <br />munity Development Director Anne Norris <br />Michael Terry <br />Jim Holm <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:37 p.m. <br />Chairman Zimmerman noted receipt of a letter from Richard Kujawa dated <br />February 22, 1988 expressing a desire for the subject site to be left as a <br />wilderness area. <br />There was no other citizen input. <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zirrmlerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Howell, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None.
