Bob Wolverton - Inquired as to the maximum,length on cul-de -sacs. <br />Chairman Ziramrman replied that City Code restricts cul -de -sacs to 600 <br />feet. <br />Bob Wolverton - Suggested that the existing cul -de -sac be lengthened to <br />1000' feet to access the lots and avoid through streets which are not <br />wanted by the people. Inquired how the city determined that 60U feet is <br />the maximum length a cul-de -sac should be. <br />Chairman Zimmerman stated that the city determined that 600 foot cul -de- <br />sacs are the maximum length in which efficiency in snowplowing, can still <br />be achieved. <br />Lee Olson- 16421 Uranium - Disagreed that cut --de -sacs longer than 6UU feet <br />will aftect efficiency of plowing. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Notion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Howell, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None.
