PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />- CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANCKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, March 1, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowtnen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. <br />Roy Shumway <br />Mr. <br />Jim Howell <br />Mr. <br />Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. <br />Charles LaDue <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Members Absent: Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. <br />r None. <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:35 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br />1. Request for a conditional use permit to construct an advertising <br />sign; case of Mr. Timothy Shay. <br />2. Request for a conditional use permit to construct and operate an <br />otfice and warehouse for an electrical contracting business; case <br />of Mr. Jeff Erikson. <br />3. Request for a conditional use permit to operate a print shop from <br />garage; case of Mark and LuAnn Brozak. <br />4. Request for preliminary plat approval of The North Forty; case of <br />Mr. Richard Sybrant. <br />5. Request for preliminary plat approval of Rambosek Red Oak Estates; <br />case of Mr. Jon tambosek. <br />6.
