Chairman Zimmerman called the regular meeting back to order at 8 :25 p.m. <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />approve the following: <br />1. Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes dated <br />February 2, 1.988 regarding Mr. Tom Guyer's request for a wild <br />animal license. <br />2. Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes dated <br />February 2, 1988 regarding Breezy Outdoor's request for a <br />conditional use permit. <br />3. Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes dated <br />February 2, 1988 regarding Mr. Roger Suter's request for a <br />conditional use permit. <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Howell noted that on February the <br />Commission determined that additional comments would be taken from the <br />public when Mr. Guyer submitted a site plan; inquired it the hearing should <br />be re- opened or if additional comments can be taken during the Commission's <br />discussion of the case. The secretary noted tnat the public hearing was <br />adjourned on February 2; to re -open would require re- advertising. <br />Commission consensus was to take additional public comment during case <br />discussion. <br />Notion carried. voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Howell, <br />Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. Abstain: Commissioner Shumway. <br />Absent: Commissioners Terry and Holm. <br />Notion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Chairman Zimmerman to approve <br />Planning and Zoning regular meeting minutes dated February 2, 1 .988. <br />Motion carried.
