PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />1 STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Thursday, February 11, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mr. John Lichter, Chairman (arrived 7:12 p.m.) <br />Mr. Ron Hetland <br />Ms. Jill Prall <br />Mr. Bill Rustad <br />Mr. Roy Shumway (dismissed at 7:30) <br />Also Present: Merland Otto / Hakanson Anderson <br />Merle Mevissen, Public Works Superintendent <br />Elvin Erickson, Building Official <br />Michael Auspos, Chief of Police <br />Bill Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Members Absent: Mr. Don Lokker <br />Ms. Janice Johnson <br />Vice Chairman Hetland called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. <br />None. <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda with additions of: <br />CASE #8: Discussion regarding letter from Carol Sather. <br />CASE 99: Review Central Park improvements <br />k� PU 00 4 ,. a ",l l <br />Motion by Commissioner Prall and seconded by Commissioner Rustad to approve <br />regular Park and Recreation Commission meeting minutes dated January 14, <br />1988. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hetland, Prall, Rustad, and <br />Shumway. Voting No: None.
