I• D41 �i• •. <br />On _, 198 a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Jeff Erikson <br />to construct and operate an office and warehouse for an electrical <br />contracting business on the property generally known as 15270 St. Franics <br />Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter, then East on the North line thereof for a <br />distance of 870 feet to the Westerly line of public road now known as <br />State Highway #47, then South 25 degrees East along the said Westerly <br />line of said public road for a distance of 165.50 feet, then West and <br />parallel with the said North line of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter for a distance of 939.9 feet to the West line of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, then North for a <br />distance of 150 feet to the place of beginning, subject to easement of <br />Rural Cooperative Power Associatoin dated April 12, 1967. <br />This permit is issued pursuant to section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br />1. The proposed office /warehouse building shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the specifications of the City Building Official. <br />In addition, the proposed office /warehouse structure shall be <br />constructed and finished with materials similar to the residential <br />structure on the subject property. <br />2. That any signage for the office /warehouse business shall not <br />exceed _ square feet. <br />3. That _ spaces of off - street parking shall be provided. Said <br />parking spaces shall be surfaced with bituminous or concrete. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Mr. Jeff Erikson hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit <br />and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that <br />he will cause compliance with the terms of this permit. <br />By: <br />Jeff Erikson <br />19 <br />
