12. That the proposed use will be unsightly to persons residing or working <br />in the vicinity of the proposed use. <br />13. That the proposed use is not harmonious with and in accordance with the <br />specific objectives of the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />14. That the proposed use will change the essential character of the <br />residential use, i.e., a residential use in a B-1 Business district. <br />15. That the proposed use will be adequately served by essential public <br />facilities. <br />16. That the Applicant applied for a variance from the Board of Adjustment <br />to the height restriction. As the Board could f ind no hardship or <br />unique circumstance to the Applicant's. pr- operty, the Applicant's <br />request was denied. <br />19. That the Applicant has been operating a business from the subject <br />property for many years and is now seeking to expand that business. <br />20.
