-2- <br />3. On the North Forty plat, we recommend additional <br />right -of -way be dedicated with this plat for its <br />frontage along C2 #83 /Armstrong Boulevard. This. <br />additional right -of -way is necessary for the <br />proposed upgrading of CR #83 tentatively scheduled <br />for 1989. The exact right -of -way requirements <br />are shown on the attached sketch and a copy of this <br />sketch has been also forwarded to the owner and <br />developer, Mr. Richard Sybrant. This plat.also <br />should dedicate the right of access to CR #83 from <br />Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 3 to Anoka County <br />and this should be stated on the plat.
