Notion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to table <br />preliminary plat approval of Rambosek Red Oak Estates based on the <br />i Commission not receiving reports f turn DNR and the Corps of Engineers; park <br />dedication requirements not being resolved; no soil borings be provided for <br />Lots 2, Block 1; and other issues noted in the City Engineer's report dated <br />March 1, 1988. <br />Notion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Howell, Terry, Sh.umway and Holm. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner <br />Hendriksen. <br />Case r7: gecnipGt For Preliminary Plat Approval of Oakwood Hills: Case <br />Of Mr. David Schulte: <br />The Commission reviewed the City Engineer's report dated March 17, 1988. <br />The Commission discussed concern with the smaller lots being able to <br />support an or. -site septic system, with the number of variances the plat <br />would require and one of the lots accessing directly onto Cty. Rd. 45. <br />Commissioner Shumway stated that all plats are at a standstill until the <br />emergency park dedication ordinance is passed. <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Howell to table <br />preliminary plat of Oakwood Hills until all items in the City Engineer's <br />letter dated March 17 are addressed; to recommend that Outlot A be combined <br />with Lot 5; to rework lot lines for 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 into 4 lots to <br />increase lot area and eliminate the need for one lot to access onto Cty. <br />Rd. r5; that Xenon right -of -way be extended through Lot 10 of Block 1; and <br />the park dedication issue is resolved. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Holm, Howell, Terry and Shumway. Voting No: None. Rd. 483 and south of Cty. <br />Rd. 422 into 4 ten acre lots. Three parcels would access directly off Cty. <br />Ro. 422 and Cty.
