CASE #4: <br />REQUEST FOR SK UM PLAN REVIEW OF GREEN V ALLEY ESTATES 2ND ADDITION; <br />CASE OF MR. GERALD BAUER <br />By: Com=ity Development Director Anne.Norris <br />Background: <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer is requesting sketch plan review of his proposed <br />subdivision of the property located north of Green Valley Road and west of <br />St. Francis Blvd. This property is located in the R1 -R Rural Residential <br />District. As you may recall, Mr. Bauer subdivided portions of this <br />property in 1987. The proposed plat consists of 23 single family <br />residential lots each at least 2.5 acres in size.
