That Atlas Incinerators, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", <br />has properly applied for a conditional use permit to construct and <br />operate contract burn incinerators in their research facility in the <br />I-I Industrial District. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant aJ?peared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Corrmission for a pub11c hearing pursuant to Section l70.0l3D of the <br />Ramsey City Code on June 7, 1988 and that said public hearing was <br />properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the subject property is legally described as follavs: <br /> <br />The Southeast. Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 27, <br />Township 12, Range 25. Excepting therefrom the four <br />follaving described tracts: <br /> <br />1. The part of the East 431.00 feet thereof, as measured at <br />right angles. <br /> <br />2. All that part thereof platted as GATEWAY NORTH <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2. <br /> <br />3. All that part thereof platted as ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO.8. <br /> <br />4. All that part thereof platted as ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO.1. <br /> <br />Together with Outlot A of the duly recorded plat of GATEWAY <br />NOR'lH INCUSI'RIAL PARK PLAT 2. <br /> <br />All in Moka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />4. That the subject property is located in the I-I Industrial District, is <br />in the Urban area and is approximately 16 acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant is proposing to construct and operate its corporate <br />headquarters, a manufacturing facility and research facility on the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />6. That the research facility will include two incinerators for contract <br />burning. <br /> <br />7. That contract burning is not permitted use in the I-I Industrial <br />District. <br /> <br />8. That the adjacent property to the east, north, west and south is zoned <br />I-I Industr ial. <br /> <br />9. That the adjacent property to the northeast is zoned R-lR Rural <br />Fesidential. <br /> <br />8) <br />
