<br />10. That the prolX'sed incinerators will have the capacity to burn a maximum <br />of 38 tons of waste fer day. <br /> <br />11. That the waste to be burned in the incinerators will be pre-packaged <br />for dislX'sal. <br /> <br />12. That the waste to be burned in the incinerators will include cardboard, <br />floor sweepings, far::er, wocx:1, general industrial waste, animal waste, <br />lab by-products, veterinary waste and hospital waste. <br /> <br />13. That the Applicant is not proposing to burn hazardous waste in the <br />incinerators. <br /> <br />14. That theproFOsed incinerators are regulated by the Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will create additional traffic to and from the <br />subject proferty. <br /> <br />16. That there are no other similar Fermitted uses in the City. <br /> <br />17. That the prolX'sed use will not adversely impair the use of surrounding <br />pro};erties. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed incinerators are harmonious with and in accordance <br />with the s};ecific objectives in the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />19. That the proposed use will be designed and operated so as to be <br />appropriate in appearance with the intended character of the I-I <br />Industrial District. <br /> <br />20. That the proposed incinerators will not change the essential character <br />of the I-I Industrial District. <br /> <br />21. That the proposed incinerators will be adequately served by essential <br />PUblic facilities and services. <br /> <br />22. That the proposed incinerators will not create excessive additional <br />requirements at public cost for public facilities and services. <br /> <br />23.
