<br />PROFOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />ATLAS INCINERATORS, INC. <br /> <br />On , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Atlas <br />Incinerators, Inc. to construct and operate contract burn incinerators in <br />the I-I Industrial District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 27, <br />Township 32, Range 25. Excepting therefrom the four <br />following described tracts: <br /> <br />1. The part of the East 431.00 feet thereof, as measured at <br />right angles. <br /> <br />2. All that part thereof platted as GATEWAY NORTH <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2. . <br /> <br />3. All that part thereof platted as ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO.8. <br />4. All that part thereof platted as ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO.1. <br />Together with Outlot A of the duly recorded plat of GATEWAY <br />~"T()RIH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2. <br /> <br />All in Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Noises emanating from the site and operations shall be in compliance <br />with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Standards, Minnesota Regulations MfC, as amended. <br /> <br />2. The emission of odor frem the operation shall be in compliance with and <br />regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, <br />Minnesota APe I-IS, as amended. <br /> <br />3. The emission of smoke from the operation shall be in compliance with <br />and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, <br />Minnesota Regulation APe I-IS, as amended. <br /> <br />4. The emission of dust, fly ash or other I;articulated matter shall be in <br />compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Standards, Minnesota Regulation APe 1-15, as amended. <br /> <br />5. The incinerator operation shall be in accordance with the regulations <br />of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br /> <br />6. All refuse coming to the subject property for disposal shall be <br />pre-packaged and shall be stored in the structure. There shall be no <br />outside storage of refuse to be disposed. <br /> <br />os <br />
