Off-street p:l.rking shall be provided such that there is at least one <br />p:l.rking space for each employee on the maximum working shift pI us five <br />sp:l.ces for visitor p:l.rking. <br /> <br />8. All off-street parking spaces and driveway areas shall be surfaced with <br />concrete or blacktop. <br /> <br />9. All costs incurred by the City in administering this permit shall be <br />borne by Atlas Incinerators, Inc. <br /> <br />10. Atlas Incinerators, Inc. shall provide a site plan to the City Engineer <br />showing the location and type of all landscaping. Such landscaping <br />shall be maintained by Atlas Incinerators, Inc. <br /> <br />11. Atlas Incinerators, Inc. shall provide a site- plan to the City Engineer <br />showing the location of all outside storage. Any outside storage of <br />equipnent shall be in an orderly fashion and shall be screened. . <br /> <br />12. The outside storage of debris, materials not used in the operation and <br />inoperable vehicles and equipnent shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />13. Run-off shall be contained on the site and shall be in accordance with <br />grading and drainage plans submitted to and approved by the City <br />Engineer. Berming shall be installed as necessary to control run-of f. <br /> <br />14. All construction shall be in accordance with the building plans <br />submitted to and approved by the City Building Official.
