That Lord of Life Lutheran Church, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", has properly applied for a conditional use permit to erect <br />a temporary structure in the R-IR ~al Residential District. <br />'\. < lb~ <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for a public he~~1ng pursuant to Section 170.0130 of the <br />Ramsey City Code on June~, 1988 and that said public hearing was <br />properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the subject property is generally known as 6139 lS7th Lane N.W. <br />and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, F..all's Dover Acres, l\l1oka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />4. That the subject property is located in the R-lR Rural Residential <br />District and is approximately 4 acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant is proposing to erect a 24' x 40 I temporary <br />structure on the subject property. <br /> <br />6. That the temporary structure is to be used as an education building <br />until the new sanctuary is constructed. <br /> <br />7. That the adjoining properties are zoned R-IR Residential. <br /> <br />8. That the proposed temporary structure will not increase traffice to or <br />frem the subject property. <br /> <br />9. That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or <br />detrimental to persons residing or working in the area. <br /> <br />10. That the proposed temporary structure will not Substantially impair the <br />use of surrounding properties. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed tem};X>rary structure will be harmonious with and in <br />accordance with specific objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />12. That the pro};X>sed tem};X>rary structure will be maintained so as to be <br />appropriate in appearance with the character of the general <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed temporary structure will not be hazardous or <br />disturbing to neighboring uses. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed temporary structure will be adequately served by <br />essential public facilities and services. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed temporary structure will be consistent with the <br />intent and purposes of the Zoning chapter. <br /> <br />16. <br />17. <br /> <br />so <br />
