<br />PRorosED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />LORD OF LIFE LUIHERAN aruRCH <br /> <br />On , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Lord of Life <br />Lutheran Church to erect a temporary structure at 6139 157th Lane N.W., <br />which pror:erty is legally described as follcws: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, l-noka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This conditional use permit is peq:etual in it's duration so long as <br />the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />permit are as fol1cWs: <br /> <br />1. The temporary structure shall not exceed 24' x 40'. <br /> <br />2. The temporary structure shall only be used until the sanctuary 'is <br />constructed or until , 19_, whichever is sooner. <br /> <br />3.
