<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS

<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a resolu~ion of the Ramsey City Council adopted the
<br />11th day of January, 1983, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the pro-
<br />pbsed'improvement of the following streets:
<br />
<br />a) 155th Avenue N.W. between the line of Ramsey Blvd.
<br />N.W. (County Road #56) and Variolite Street N.W.
<br />
<br />\ ' ,
<br />
<br />b) Variolite Street N.W. between the line of 155th Avenue
<br />and 161st Avenue N.W.
<br />
<br />" ' 'AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published
<br />notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the
<br />22nd day of February, 1983, at which all persons desiring to be heard were
<br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
<br />
<br />NOW-THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA
<br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />
<br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
<br />Council resolution adopted 11th day of January, 1983.
<br />
<br />2) Such improvement as proposed is hereby directed to be
<br />assessed out at 20% of the, cost involved to the City.
<br />
<br />3) Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc.
<br />is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall pre-
<br />pare specifications for the making of such improvement.
<br />
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
<br />by Councilmember R~imann and upon vote being taken thereQn, the following
<br />voted in favor thereof:
<br />
<br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Schlueter and Reimann
<br />
<br />and the following voted against the same:
<br />
<br />None
<br />
<br />and the following member abstained:
<br />
<br />Councilmember Sorteberg
<br />
<br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey
<br />City Council this the 22nd day of March, 1983.
