FROM: City Engineer DATE: April 21, 1983 RE: Staff Report 1. Status of Subdivisions: A. Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Drainage problem on this plat- is to be resolved with the 2nd Addition. B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Developer is waiting for City sewer prior to finalizing plat. C. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: Paving of the streets was completed in Phase I of this plat on October 30, 1982. D. Pondvale Estates: The developer was given an extension until September 15, 1983 for paving the streets in this deve 1 opmen t . E. Meadowbrook Estates: The developer was granted a six- month extension for filing the plat at the December 21, 1982 council meeting. F. Hy-10 Ramsey: The developer was given a six-month extension for filing this plat at your August 24, 1982 council meeting. The construction o~ this plat has been completed. - G. Ramsey Commons: The developer was given a six-month extension of time for filing the plat at the January 25, 1983 council meeting. 2. 1982 MSAS Project: Cleanup and final restoration on this project should be completed next month. 3. 1982 Street Projects: Cleanup and restoration on these projects should be completed next spring. 4. 1983 MSAS Proj~ct: Bids on this project will be taken at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 22, 1983. I will present a tabulation of bids and my recommendation for award of the project at your April 26, 1983 council meeting. Construction on the project could begin by the middle of next month. ..
