W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> l..- <br />Members Present: Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br /> Mr. Arthur Dunn. <br /> Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br /> Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br /> Mr. Robert Isakson <br /> Mr. Charl es LaDue <br />Also Present: Mr. Clayton Berg, City Building Official <br />Members Absent: Ms. Kathy Schneider <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular-meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission to order at 7:36 P.M. ' <br /> <br />The regular meeting adjourned at 7:36 P.M. in order to conduct the following <br />public hearing: <br /> <br />1. Amendment to House Size Ordinance. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 8:48 P.M. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission back to order at 8:48 P.M. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PLANNING AND ZONING'COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />1. Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Dunn to. approve <br />Regular Commission meeting minutes dated March 1, 1983. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, <br />Zimmerman, Deemer, Isakson and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Ms. Kathy <br />Schneider. <br /> <br />2. Commissioner Deemer referred to Page 2, Paragraph 2 of P & Z Public Hearing <br />Minutes dated March 1, 1983, and inquired if Mr. Berg's reply to Mr. Eggers <br />was correct as documented in the minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg replied that the minutes were correct. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer replied that Ordinance states that a permanent driveway <br />is not to be constructed across the easement. <br /> <br />.., <br />Mr. Berg replied that if the City could be 100% sure that the driveway was <br />constructed after the Ordinance was adopted, then the City would probably <br />not be responsible for replacing the driveway. <br /> <br />/ <br />/ <br /> <br />P & Z/April 5, 1983 <br />of 7 <br /> <br />
