Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Isakson to approve Public Hearing Minutes dated March 1, 1983. I Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Zimmerman, Deemer, Isakson and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Ms. Kathy Schneider. NOTE COUNCIL MINUTES lw" The Planning and Zoning Commission noted the foll owi ng: 1. Speci a 1 Counci 1 meeting minutes dated March 21, 1983. 2. Special Counci 1 meeting minutes dated March 28, 1983. 3. Regular Council meeting minutes dated March 22, 1983. COMMISSION BUSINESS Case #1: Request Authorization To Subdivide By Metes And Bounds; Case Of Mr. James Gilbertson: Mr. Gilbertson was present at the meeting and submitted copies of survey of exlsting property and survey of proposed parcels. Mr. Gilbertson stated the following reasons for request authorization to subdivide: / 1. In speculation of sewer and water. 2. For tax purposes. 3. For selling purposes'. (Canlt sell one building on the property without selling all three businesses currently located on the property). Mr. Gilbertson stated that the sizes of the proposed parcels would be .68 acres, .68 acres and 1.5 acres. He further stated that the 3 businesses are currently operating on less than one acre each and all three are up to code as far as parking areas, etc. There is a proposed easement through Tracts Band C to provide access to Tract A. Discussion ensued regarding easement and landlocking of the proposed Tract A. Planning and Zoning Commission then compiled the following Findings of Fact: 1.
