The property is located in .an industrial zone. If development is <br />orderly it can be an .asset to the homeowner and community.. It is up to <br />the City to decide who orderly development will come into the community <br />without bankrupting existing businesses and I f~el there is a middle ground <br />and it is feasible. The first issue to be resolved is that of the assessment <br />polic~ and then that of development. <br /> <br />Commission consensus is to conduct a special meeting of EDC on Friday, April <br />15, 1983 to complete Case #1 on today's agenda and Case #'s 2, 3 and 4 will <br />be discussed at the next regular EDC meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT' <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Sentyrzand seconded by Commissioner Fults to adjourn <br />the regular meeting of the Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners ~~enkveld, Guy, <br />Muller, Schneider, Fults, Cox and Sentyrz. Voting No: None.
