<br />, <br /> <br />CITY OF IWEEY <br />cnmITIOOAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />~is contract entered in this day of , 1986, between <br />the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as .City,. and Mr. Harvey Hoover, <br />hereinafter referred to as .Awlicant, II in oonjunction with the issuance to the <br />Applicant of a oonditional use pennit agreement to operate an autanoblle sales <br />and repiir business in the I-I industrial district. <br /> <br />~e oondi tional use penni t agreement in hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and oomplying with the following oonditions: <br /> <br />1. ~at adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be <br />provided on the site. <br /> <br />2. ~ere shall be no salvage or junk yard activities oonducted from this <br />business or in oonjunction with this business. <br /> <br />3. ~ere shall be no more than _ autaDobiles for sale at any one time <br />on the site. <br /> <br />4. ~e Applicant shall provide _ customer parking spaces plus one <br />puking splce for eam employee. <br /> <br />5. ~e Awlicant shall obtain any local and state licenses as required. <br /> <br />6. ~e Awlicant shall surface the sales lot in accordance with City <br />specifications. To ensure this improvement, the Applicant shall <br />provide a guarantee in the amount of $ 1 which amount is <br />equal to 125% of the estimated oost of the improvement. <br /> <br />7. ~e City of Ramsey reserves the ri~t to inspect the property if it <br />receives oomplaints fran adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />8. Any signs erected on the premises shall be in accordance wi th the Ci ty <br />Code . <br /> <br />9. ihe conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Audi tors Slixli vision No. 31, Anoka County, Minnesota: Part of Lot 5, <br />Auditors Subdivision No. 31, that plrt of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 and the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, ~ip 32, <br />Range 25 described as follows: Beginning at the J;X)int of intersection <br />of the Northeasterly right-of-way line of o.s.
