A zoning cerlificate must be obtained within 8ixty (60) <br />days after notification to the zoning officer by the owner of any <br />non-conforming use as evidence that the use lawfully existed prior to <br />the adoption of the provision which made the use non-conforming. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />3. Any non-conforming structure damaged by fire, flood, <br />explosion, or other casualty may be reconstructed and used as before <br />if such reconstruction is performed within twelve (12) months of such <br />casualty, and if the restored structure has no greater coverage and <br />contains no greater cubic content than before such casualty. <br /> <br />(J <br /> <br />. Normal maintenance of a non-conforming structure is <br />acceptable, including non-structural repairs and incidental mainten- <br />ance. <br /> <br />170.0148 ACCESSORY USES <br /> <br />The following provisions shall apply to accessory uses: <br /> <br />r 1. Accessory farm buildings shall not be erected within <br />one hundred (100) feet of a neighboring property. <br /> <br />".- <br /> <br />2. Accessory buildings detached, residential districts. <br />All detached accessory buildings shall be located in the side or J <br />rear yards.
