W. from its <br />existing R-l Residential zoning to B-1 Business zoning. The parcel is <br />awroximately 4.2 acres in size. Me. Muller is requesting this rezoning in <br />order to have the property conform wi th the zoning on the adjacent property <br />with B-1 Business zoning.
