'lhe ~at is located on an approximately 40 acre parcel and consists <br />of four (4) residential lots ranging in size fran 5.5 acres to 21.9 acres. 'Jhe <br />property is located in the R-l Residential District. Mr. Voltin is proposing <br />to access these lots by extending the existing cul-de-sacs on Wolfram and <br />Uranillll Streets in Menkveld's Country Park.
