<br />;.....:'.;:'However, staff understands the need to accommodate various _business requirements for drive- <br />thrus, and TC-2 permits more accommodation for vehicle-oriented design than other town center <br />districts, especially in areas not adjacent to Sunwood Drive. Therefore, staff finds the request for <br />a drive-thru acceptable.
