<br />Sewer and Water Trunk Fees: The 2006 Sewer Trunk Fee is $3,396.00 per commercial <br />acre. The 2006 Water Trunk Fee is $7,562.00 per commercial acre. The rate in effect at <br />the time of final plat approval will be charged. <br /> <br />Stormwater . Management Fee: The 2006 Stormwater Trunk Fee is $3,965 per <br />commercial acre. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval will be charged. A <br />cash payment will be required before the City will release the building permit. <br /> <br />Park DedicationlTrail Development: Per the Master Development Agreement, the City <br />and the Master Developer have negotiated a Park and Trail Dedication Agreement. In <br />accordance with the Park and Trail DedicationAgreement, there are no park dedication <br />or trail development fees owed on this plat. However; there is a park payment obligation <br />in the 1 st Amendment to the Master Development Agreement that requires a cash <br />payment, to the City, upon sale of the property in an amount equal to $5000'(J(1per acre <br />being sold on the property in accordance with the zoning regulations. <br /> <br />Ramsey Town Center Phase I Roadway Improvements, Phase II Roadway <br />Improvements, AUAR Roadway Improvements, Parking Facility Improvements: In <br />accordance with City of Ramsey Resolutions 05-02-065, 05-02-066, 05-02-067 and 05- <br />02-068, assessments for Ramsey Town Center Phase I Roadway Improvements,Phase II <br />Roadway Improvements, AUAR Roadway Improvements, and parking facility <br />improvements shall be payable to the City in a single installment prior to the release of <br />the final plat mylars for recording. Total payment due includes principal plus accrued <br />interest in the amount of 6.3% per annum commencing February 22, 2005. <br /> <br />REV Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge. The charge will <br />be determined upon final site plan submittal. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 pm on August 3, 2006 at the Ramsey <br />Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Blvd, to review your Preliminary Site Plan, <br />Minor Subdivision, and Conditional Use Permit.
