<br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMS EY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Monday, July <br />25, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Mr. Glen Hampton's request for a variance to construct <br />an accessory structure which will be constructed on a parcel prior to <br />construction of the principal structure and a variance to the height <br />requirements for accessory structures. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the public hearing to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Hampton stated that he would like to amend the variance to height <br />requirements in order to construct the accessory structure 23 '4", rather <br />than 22', from ground elevation. <br /> <br />There was no other citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />adjourn the public. hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Terry, <br />Zimmerman, Howell and Hendriksen. Voting No: None.
